ABOUT THE SALES AGENT POSITION

uGoGo is seeking Sales Agents to sell uGoGo Membership Packages (which may include cash cards) and to sell skin care products, and any other product or service we may bring on board in the future.

We need Sales Agents throughout South Africa, and we have a basic time-line roll out plan for recruitment and training of agents listed above.

Agents need to be self-motivated, success hungry individuals who can think outside the box, and are willing to become involved with marketing of new and innovative products channeled through uGoGo.

Depending on the product the Agent chooses to market, the agent can either sell to rural area's or the middle to upper class client.  Agents can also choose to market to small to medium businesses as well as large corporates. Just about any method of marketing can be used, from direct sales to presentations, from corporate appointments to Internet marketing.

Agents earnings are performance based, and some products include a residual earning provision which allows agents to build a regular monthly income.

Our expectations are that Agents must aim to build a regular monthly income of between R10,000 and R20,000, although there is no real ceiling on potential earnings.

Requirements:
  • Self Motivated Individual
  • Success Hungry, determined to forge ahead
  • Self Disciplined, must be able to work without constant supervision
  • Team Player, must be able to work with a team
  • For Agents intending to market to large corporates, a good command of English is required, along with maturity/experience in the business world.
  • Agents selling to communities must be able to speak the language of the community they intend to market to, or work with a partner agent who can act as interpreter.
  • Must be prepared to attend compulsory training workshops, including induction, orientation, and product training.
  • Must be prepared to attend team meetings and report to your Team Leader every week.
  • Only applicants 18 years and older will be considered.
  • A 6 month trial will be given to all applicants.
  • All commission is paid via EFT to bank accounts, we do not pay out any cash.  Have your bank account opened by the time your first commission is ready to be paid out.
Application Requirements:
  1. SA Residents: Certified Copy of ID Book& Proof of Residence
  2. Foreigners:  Certified copy of Passport and Work Permit
  3. Photograph of face - will be used to create your Agents ID Card
  4. Pen & notebook.
Applicant's Costs:
  • Training Workshops - R250 per candidate, in KZN area
  • Marketing Materials - example: R100 at least for an order book to sell the cash cards.
  • Samples - if selling skin care products - the cost will depend on the samples chosen - estimate minimum R400 excluding postage and delivery costs.
